I love to travel. The thing that I don't want to happen is to get sick during certain trip. Long before I became a mother, I always pack my bag with medicines that can be of great ease when something goes wrong. Few items are added to my list for my baby, our little tag along.

Here's my list:

For mom and dad

Paracetamol
Ibuprofen
Mefenamic Acid
Loperamide
Gaviscon
Strepsils
Antihistamine
Coughs and cold remedy

For Baby

Paracetamol
Ibuprofen
Electrolyte Powder
Vitamins
Saline Solution
Alcamforado
Manzanilla
Antihistamine Syrup

Few reminders:

  1. Check the expiration of the medicines or remedy you have at hand. Dispose the expired ones properly.
  2. Bring the doctor's note for the medicine that needs prescription.
  3. Close the bottle syrup tightly to avoid spillage or leaks.
  4. Pack them in a clear sealable plastic for convenient of handling especially when travelling by plane.
