Each vitamin has its' purpose in human body. Taking ample amount of vitamins whether through foods or through supplements. If a person has a balanced diet, it is understood that he is having enough vitamins in his body.

There are other route of administration like intravenously which is only done by healthcare provider and of course with valid prescription.

You might also want to eat foods rich with the said vitamins. Natural is better and more reliable.

    1. We love carrots as a snack here at home but not very fond of radishes. We gave it all to the carrots hehehe.

    2. You said it right, sis. "Natural is better and more reliable."

    3. So true, natural foods are still a big thing - it's something that is valuable and much more than pills.

    4. I just read my comments and said "Oh my gosh", I meant to write rabbits as oppose to carrots lol.

    5. First time I've heard of B17. I learned that it's found in apricot. We don't have much supply of that here, but there are some in the groceries, I'm sure.
