The FDA Philippines pointed out that not all available mosquito coils do not contain active ingredients that can fight off mosquitoes. Public are advised to be careful and wise in buying the registered brands.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the tips sis. I haven't seen any coil here in Dubai. The ones sold here are the electric ones and sprays. There's actually not much mosquitoes around but we still have "Off" lotion at home. Better be safe than sorry.

ReplyDeleteKatol, patayin ang katol. The familiar phrase my wife is uttering whenever she smells a lighted mosquito coil. I have read that inhaling mosquito coil fumes is much hazardous to one's health that smoking.

ReplyDeleteI don't like using mosquito coils sis as I don't like the smell of it. Moreover, the smell of it sticks to our clothes. Good thing there are already repellants to use for me and my kids. :)
