We always hear, "a woman's crowning glory is her hair". With this in mind, many hair products are available in different beauty shop. But you know what, we don't need to spend more in order to have a lovely and healthy hair.

1. Brush and comb hair when dry. Wet hair are weak so it can easily be damaged.
2. Stay away from stress for it will lead to hair loss. Look for ways to relax and simply enjoy life.
3. Regularly massage your scalp to stimulate production of oil, thereby preventing dryness of hair. It also improve the circulation to your head which helps in hair growth.
4. Keep hair dryer at least 6 inches away from your hair when blow drying. Also move it constantly to prevent hair from overheating.
5. Hair styling products are fine but give your hair a break from them .
6. Choose a shampoo that best suits your need. If possible, go for mild ones. Shampoos for babies are the best especially when you color your hair.
7. Washing hair can sometimes be tricky. Rub your hair in one direction to prevent tangling.
8. Hair trimming is important and you must do it regularly at every every 8 weeks. This will prevent your hair ends from splitting and create further damage to your hair.
9. Always eat Vitamin E rich foods to keep your hair shiny and Vitamin A for healthy scalp.
