Memory Foam Is Equal To Painless Sleep

Lately, hubby complained of back pain. I asked him few questions and arrived into conclusion that it was due to sitting too much in the office. That is why it’s important to walk around every coffee break you have. Or you should at least do few exercises while sitting. I’m sure you heard of these many times.

Aside from sitting for hours, sleeping on a bad mattress can also contribute to a disturbed sleep and painful back in the morning. With the advantages of using of memory foam since 1966 by NASA, using the same technology for mattress and pillow is now becoming popular.

Among the benefits of memory foam mattresses are the following:
  •  It can relieve painful pressure points.
  • If sharing a bed with someone, you can hardly feel that he or she moves.

With these two benefits, the outcome is excellent, a pretty good night sleep. But there are also disadvantages to watch out. Make sure to air the newly bought mattress to eliminate the chemical smell. It is also not advisable for young children because soft beds can trap carbon dioxide, which can then suffocate the young ones.

The price of this type of mattress is not so bad and sounds reasonable. The price obviously depends on the size and the thick of the top foam. The size will vary from Twin (39” x 75”) to CA King (72” x 84”). The thickness can be 3” to 4 “.  Feel free to look around; I’m sure there’s one that fits your need.

  5. I should have open this up with my husband, it seems that he has the same issue as your hubby and the mattress we've been using might also be the culprit of his back pain.

  12. I have bought a new mattress at home from a local brand. It is, I can say, effective in reducing back pains. Too soft of a mattress is not good.I don't even like waterbed.
