Skin Care Tips


If you have dry skin, refrain from wiping or rubbing your face but instead pat your skin after washing.


To keep your face hydrated, always use a moisturizer after every wash. If you have sensitive skin, remember to use gentle, hypoallergenic and fragrance-free moisturizer.



The key to healthy skin is having plenty of sleep and eating more fruits and vegetables.



Drinking plenty of water is also very important in taking care of your skin.


Skin needs oxygen and nutrients. Exercising everyday will have you acquire those needs.



Sun exposure can damage your skin. So if you'll be out under the sun, put some sunscreen protection with SPF 15 or higher.



Do not sleep with your make-up on your face. Keep you skin clean overnight.

  7. getting enough sleep, eating healthy and drinking lots of water - that I can do. I haven't found the right moisturizer and sunscreen for my very sensitive skin. I had acne breakouts the previous year and it was agonizing. Made me scared of using any skin care products.

I am guilty of not using sunscreen haha, as I love the outdoors I am too lazy to apply them at times :) thanks for this wonderful post...truly worth sharing! :) love the images you used in this post too...all of them made me smile..I particularly love the umbrella by the sea...so relaxing to see :)

  11. Uh oh! I suck on drinking water!lol I can only drink 3 glasses a day and I know I should drink more.I love this article, just the very basic thing we should do but tend to forget doing. Thanks for sharing:)
