The healthy looking skin is equally important to men, women, adult and young people. There are simple ways to take care of our skin.
- Clean your skin with soap of your choice. There are many brands available in the market or you can even choose from wide variety of choices of pre de provence soaps. These are soaps crafted by French using natural components, mostly organic.
- Moisturise your skin with the product that fits you too. Moisturising products leave or lock moisture to your skin preventing it from drying or further abrasion.
- Choose cosmetics that are compatible to your skin type. Read the labels for components and expiration dates.
- If you have sensitive skin, avoid products with antibacterial ingredients, alcohol or retinoids. Instead, choose products with lesser scent or few ingredients. The less complicated, the better.

Right now I am using the brand seabuck thorn and I like it. I used to just use plain water and nothing else but I was given a chance to test a product so I am giving it a try.

ReplyDeleteSoap and water comprise my usual cleaning needs as I rarely need anything else since I seldom wear make-up.
ReplyDeleteI have sensitive skin, too.. Too sensitive that I cannot even wear make-up =( I only use facial wash and now, facial cream 2x a day just to keep my face moisturized, especially right now that it's winter. My face gets dry because of the cold temperature, if I don't put cream. Other than those I mentioned, I don't put on anything else. I wash my face at least 4 times during the day, and of course, before bedtime.. Like what you said, the less complicated, the better.. =)
