We would like to Congratulate the 641 of 1,181 examinees who passed the January 2013 Pharmacist Licensure Examination in Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results 2 days after the examination was given. The PRC would like to remind the successful examinees that the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 but not later than January 25, 2013.

- current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
- 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
- 1 short plastic envelope with name and profession and to
- Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2013-2016.
